It is ideal and clean hotel, and location is great. The staff is always amicable and the rooms are well-equipped and cosy. The breakfast with coffee-cereal and toast, as for instance is amazing for what is offered. I will be back if no other plans.

Fairly clean, classy hotel, I liked clean rooms and very very helpful staff. The property was in a magnificent location near Great Yarmouth for many years and town center. Café The Dining Room located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The plumbing was a bit noisy and the water pressure was low at times, but considering it was an old building, it was understandable. There was also a designated breakfast time which might not suit early risers, but the quality of the breakfast made up for it.

Our stay at Kings Lodge was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-organized breakfast service and the delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to make my partner's birthday special, with a personalized card and cake in our room. The guest lounge was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed playing pool. The room had two windows, allowing for plenty of natural light, and the TV was positioned perfectly for relaxed viewing. We appreciated the added convenience of snacks, toiletries, and drinks that were available for us to help ourselves to. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and warm hospitality.
